The main activities are:

• Drawing up of the annual internal-audit plan with a risk based approach.
• Performance of the planned audit reviews with the aim of assessing the completeness, adequacy and the effectiveness of the internal-control system, including the reliability and security of the IT system.
• Identifying possible anomalies and reporting them to Company Management.
• Tracking the implementation of the action plans to remediate anomalies identified.
• Assisting in devising and implementing the internal control system.
